Parent/Child Policy

We love children and gladly welcome them here at the salon. We do have a few rules that we need the parents to follow to make our jobs easier.
  • Please allow your stylist to give directions to your child. It's tough for your child to listen to more than one person at a time. We respect that you are the parent but please allow us to do our jobs.
  • We LOVE the excitement that goes into a first haircut or a new look but please ask for our consent before snapping photos.
  • Please do not rearrange the salon furniture. We understand that some children need extra support and comfort during services, however we have things placed with purpose. We are happy to pull up a chair in a way that works for us all. We encourage parents to sit in the waiting area while your child is getting their service.
  • Please inform us of your child's pronouns. We are all liberal, however some of our stylist are a little older (and a little delayed to the times) and it's our top priority not to traumatize your child.
  • If your child has sensory challenges or a disability we also welcome them with love. Please text or call us with anyway we can make this experience more pleasant. 
  • We understand that you as a parent may be overwhelmed with life but we do ask that your child come with detangled hair. We do offer detangling hair as a service however, if we have detangle the hair and it wasn't previously discussed prior to the service you will be charged $1 per minute.
  • If a screen is what we need to get the job done that's perfectly fine. We prefer that you don't bring food or snacks that are messy. Also, we can't guarantee that your child won't be eating their hair. If your child is getting longer service (a service over 45 minutes) there's probably time for a snack break.
  • We don't expect your child to be silent so if their screens get a little loud, that's okay. Please do not allow your child to stand or jump on the furniture. Most importantly we have a strict NO RUNNING policy. That's for your child's safety as we do have many things that could cause injuries in the salon.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of your appointment you will be charged an additional $15 at your next appointment.
